2018 Learning Requirements and Assessment Design Seminars for Stage 1 PE
When: Week 4 during term 4
9am - 12 noon Thursday 8 November at Marryatville High School
Cost for 1 session: Member - $110.00 inc GST | Non Member - $200.00 inc GST
ACHPER (SA), with a group of teachers who have experience in the new Stage 1 course, will facilitate Professional Learning for PE teachers through the provision of seminars in early Term 4 and electives at the Secondary PE Conference. The “Learning Requirements & Assessment Design” seminars are designed to be the ‘next step’, after the SACE Implementation seminars, in preparing for the new course:
• Learning Requirements & Performance Standards: what does success in the new
course look like? What does the evidence for this look like?
• Assessment Design: AT1 & AT2 – designing assessment for learning that will best
equip students with the skills and dispositions necessary for success at Stage 2
Four “Learning Requirements & Assessment Design” seminars will be held in weeks 3 and 4 during term 4.
Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation received more than 48 hours before the event will incur a standard $50 administration processing fee, any registration fees received in addition to this amount will be refunded. For cancellation notice received less than 48 hours before the event, registration fees unfortunately cannot be refunded.
