The Barossa is home to one of Australia's and even one of the world's most important wine regions. Rich in heritage and local culture, this region continues to maintain its history which is found in many museums, historic places, festivals and natural wonders. The experiences offered within this great region are diverse and varied; from the countryside of rounded hills and sweeping valleys to the forests which reveal park-like landscapes and quiet bush land, all of which reflect the changes of every season. Of course premium wines, regional produce and food traditions, and an array of great dining provide a gastronomic experience second to none.

Welcome reception/Happy Hour: 

Featuring legendary SA Cook and food author Maggie Beer
An evening of splendid food, South Australian quality wine and drinks at Prince Alfred College, (included in registration fee).




Tuesday, 19th April 7pm - 11.30pm

Conference Dinner: Sebel Playford (120 North Terrace, Adelaide City).

Breakfast at Prince Alfred College: 

A refreshing breakfast will be served at the conference venue (included in conference fee).
