Submit this form to ACHPER (SA) preferably by Thursday, 10th November, 2011 and the stickers will be sent to you. These stickers are a great way to highlight be active Physical Education Week in your School and promote the importance to be active! Please complete the details below:

We invite your school to share any information on activities you take part in to the  ACHPER (SA) office.  Send your schools activities to info@achpersa.com.au for possible promotion—photos are welcome!
